1. Agreement to Terms

9. Account Suspension & Termination

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against pub007.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
